Beef Feast is a celebration of our primary producing industries in the Richmond Valley Council area and is designed to support our entire food production industry.
As we know, Casino is the Beef Capital of Australia and therefore we will have a focus on Beef Menu items, but that does not mean you have to limit yourself to just Beef. We just ask that if you can make a Beef Version of your menu items you include it for the event.
We are also looking for a wide variety of food types, so don’t be afraid to change your normal menus to include some new or unique items.
All Food Stalls are required to have a Richmond Valley Council Food License, these may be obtained by contacting Richmond Valley Council.
Richmond Valley Council offers both Yearly and Single-Event Licenses, we recommend getting the yearly license so you can also attend Beef Week in May.
All Food Vendors must have current Public Liability Insurance and provide a Certificate of Currency prior to the event.
It is strongly recommended that all Food Vendors have product liability insurance.
Food Sites at Beef Feast are priced at $175/per vendor.
General Sites at Beef Feast are priced at $100/per vendor.
Electricity is the responsibility of stallholders.

Our website www.beeffeast.com.au will feature a list of preferred suppliers to choose from.
These Suppliers have chosen to sign up to our preference list and must be trading within the Richmond Valley Council Area. Additional suppliers will be added as more apply.
Stallholders using these suppliers (or unlisted RVC Suppliers) will be given priority.
We understand that stallholders may have preferences to other suppliers around the region who may not be on our supplier list, we encourage you to have your supplier sign up to our preference list. This not only means you can continue to use your favourite suppliers, but your supplier also gets some extra promotion!
If you use a primary supplier from outside the RVC Area then you should discuss your requirements with the event co-ordinator prior to applying
